How is each job priced?

From that job's own drawings, and the delivery date chosen affects the price.

Who decides when the calculations arrive?

Whoever accepts the quote picks the delivery date on the calendar, so it can be set around the build programme. Each date shows its price before anything is paid.

Does anyone need to come to the property?

No. Calcs-Online is remote only: every job is worked from the drawings and photographs you send.

What should we send?

Plans of the existing and proposed layouts, with sections and elevations where you have them. For a single opening or wall removal, a dimensioned sketch and photographs can be enough.

What if building control does not approve the calculations?

Building control has approved every set of calculations Calcs-Online has issued. If yours were the first to be refused, you would get your money back.

Can you help with a building that is not a house?

Calcs-Online works on homes: extensions, lofts, openings and new houses. Show us anything else and we will tell you whether we can help, or point you to someone who can.
